We look for a monthly income that is 3x the rent or greater.

If the eviction is over 7 years old and paid, you can still qualify for a True Property Management home.

Yes, we run a criminal background check on all applicants. If you are concerned about something on your background please feel free to give us a call to clarify.

You must upload the following:

  • A copy of your social security card.
  • A copy of your ID
  • One month of paystubs
  • Additional income information : bank statements, job offer letter, award letter, tax returns

The application is $40/person. Everyone over 18 must apply.

An approved applicant must pay at least one month's security deposit to hold the property for 30 days. A unit is only able to be held for 30 days.

  • Income is calculated as gross (before taxes), combined for all applicants, and must be verifiable
    Application Approved 1x deposit: 3.5x monthly rent

Application Declined: Any open bankruptcies

  • We conduct a criminal background check for all adult applicants.

• Must have the ability to place utility services in leaseholder(s) names
• Must provide proof of Renter’s Insurance policy prior to move-in
