What is the income requirement to qualify for a True Property Management home?
We look for a monthly income that is 3x the rent or greater.
Will I qualify for a True Property Management home with an eviction?
If the eviction is over 7 years old and paid, you can still qualify for a True Property Management home.
Is there a criminal background check?
Yes, we run a criminal background check on all applicants. If you are concerned about something on your background please feel free to give us a call to clarify.
What is needed to fill out an application?
You must upload the following:
- A copy of your social security card.
- A copy of your ID
- One month of paystubs
- Additional income information : bank statements, job offer letter, award letter, tax returns
How much is the application fee?
The application is $40/person. Everyone over 18 must apply.
What is needed to hold property upon approval?
An approved applicant must pay at least one month's security deposit to hold the property for 30 days. A unit is only able to be held for 30 days.

- Income is calculated as gross (before taxes), combined for all applicants, and must be verifiable
Application Approved 1x deposit: 3.5x monthly rent

Criminal History
- We conduct a criminal background check for all adult applicants.
Utilities and Other Requirements
• Must have the ability to place utility services in leaseholder(s) names
• Must provide proof of Renter’s Insurance policy prior to move-in
